- Operate the Atlas Receptionist AI receptionist service, including answering calls and messages, scheduling appointments, and sending confirmations and reminders.

If you interact with Atlas Receptionist or a Zaya customer over SMS, the following applies to text messaging data:
- Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
- SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to deliver the requested messaging service and to comply with applicable law.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointments.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and comply with our legal and contractual obligations.
